There's still a problem though...I don't know how to fix it! Is there a way that I can reply to comments through email? Was someone totally pulling my leg? I've seen on other blogs a link that says "Reply to this comment" right next to the comment, is there a way I can add that to mine? If anyone can help me with this it would be VERY much appreciated! :)

This may be on the other end...If the person leaving the comments doe not have their email added to their profile then it will come to you as noreply. If the person has it, then their email will show up. Mine is public, see if you can email me back.

here's what I did:
go to design then click on settings
in settings, looks for comment notification email and type in your email address where you want the comments to go to. That will be your gmail adress.

After you go to settings, click on the Comment tab, then look for Comment Notification Email towards the bottom. Type in your email address in the box.

...oh don't forget to save your settings afterwards.
