Still no power

We're still out of power here (huge gigantic sad face) The power company said they will get to it "as soon as possible." Word on the street says that means two to three days. That I can mostly live with. But for us well water users, no power means no water! No showering, no flushing toilets, no washing hands, no drinking, none of that.

We're using all our back up water for the essentials.

Do you know how fast 50 gallons of water goes when six people are using it?

Really fast. We don't have enough to last another three days.

So keep being patient with me while us east coasters are trying to recover. I'll be back as soon as I can. I'm keeping my phone charged by car and trying to do everything with that while still trying to conserve battery. Very difficult.

That's me mourning the loss of one if our trees. But I got to use a chainsaw.
