Blog Swap with Mine for the Making!

Happy Thursday everyone! Today I'm thrilled to introduce you to Kara! She is behind one of my favorite craft blogs, Mine for the Making! She's got an amazing Halloween craft to share with you today, so I'll let her take over!

I have lots of fun tutorials over on my blog and I am going to share an easy, Halloweeny one with you today! Let's get started, shall we?

Witch's Broom

You will need:

-A broom of some kind

-Ribbon, buttons, rhinestones, and other embellishments

-Black spray paint

-Hot glue & gun

I purchased my broom from Good Will for $0.50 and used spray paint, ribbon, buttons, and rhinestones that I already had in my craft stash.

First, I spray painted the broom with 2-3 coats of black.

Then I started adding ribbon to embellish. I secured the ribbon with hot glue.

Then I added a few buttons and rhinestones for a little "bling."

Here is the finished Witch's Broom with my Halloween decor.
